Corries tartan lambswool scarf
approx size 160 x 30 cm
2007 was the 40th anniversary of the writing of Flower of Scotland. To commemorate the occasion we are delighted to announce the launch of a new tartan. The Corries Tartan has been designed by Ronnie Browne and is manufactured in the oldest woollen mill in Scotland on the island of Islay.
Ronnie Browne performed Flower of Scotland at Hampden park before the Scotland V Georgia football international on March 24th 2007 and he wore the first kilt made from the new tartan. The match was broadcast by Sky sports to an audience of millions.
