This is not about any one particular product on the web site, but more about the website in general. As I have mentioned to many friends that "Listening to Corries music is like being wrapped in a warm blanket on a cold Canadian Winter's night". "There is an air of cocooning and being surrounded by both the music or a high quality vintage single malt scotch, the feeling of relaxation one gets from either one is truly breathtaking".
The graphics illustrating our two bold heroes are of a beautiful ghostly quality indicating their music of yesteryear, but still being made
available through this web site.
The ease of use could enable a one eyed, one armed monkey to breeze through it with no complications whatsoever. "Bravo" I say to the designers. If any order come through from Cheeta, then I will be proved correct!
The connection to Ronnie's recent interview spot on the Scottish radio (with Gavin bringing up the rear) is like a breath of fresh air to we
emmigrants in far off lands.
The goose bumps still appear on my flesh when the Combolins strike up, be it on the original material or on the Caledonian Sunset CD.
Please encourage Dave Stinson to go for a second album.
I vist the website on a regular basis and while the orders I make are few (I have all the albums in either record form, Tape or CD) I get an instant revisit to The Royal Albert Hall, The Queen's Hotel Elie, The Edinborough Festival, The Massey Hall (Toronto) but need I say more!
